Soho Geeks is an established IT support and service operation based in London's West End and with a predominantly, but not exclusively, "creative industries" client base. Soho Geeks offers direct front-line IT management and support contracts, and ad-hoc support services as well, for Apple Mac, Windows and Linux users in and around Soho and beyond.

Our team has formidable expertise, years of experience, and from our base in the heart of London's West End (2mins from Tottenham Court Road) we offer both on-site and remote support, fast turn-around on laptop and other repairs, with loan equipment generally available to keep you up and running if all else fails.

We provide a complete solution. Whereas many "IT support" companies leave your domain management, your email and web hosting, your secure FTP dropbox solution, and your databases to third parties, we provide all this in-house through our "The Rack House" hosting, using our own servers based in state-of-the-art data centres either side of London. We encourage you to use our services to the full for a genuine "the buck stops here" one-stop solution. And for genuine emergencies, we really are 24/7.

In addition to computer support and services, we can also design and install voice-over-internet telephony (VoIP) systems, either installed at your premises or rented as a so-called "hosted VoIP" solution. Cheaper phone calls are one of the many advantages, but ease-of-use, work-from-anywhere, voicemail-via-email, and access points in foreign parts (so your customers can call you for next to nothing) are some of the many other valuable features.
